Shining Through A Ray (S.T.A.R) is a module, which harnesses and portrays the personality of each individual through singing and dancing. In this module, you will be exposed to different genres of music from jazz, pop, hip hop to Broadway musical styles, you will gain fundamental singing techniques and basic movements and steps of selected dance styles. At the end of the module, you will be able to showcase a song vocally with dance choreography.

Creative Dance allows you to explore movement vocabulary and movement expressions. To elevate a unique experience, Creative Dance runs in multiple themes to intrigue imagination and the application of movement to the theme. Some themes are Exploring the Safari, Under the Sea, African Tribal Council and Reliving Singapore history. Learners will be taught basic movement concepts and expressions articulation as tools to communicate ideas, and together with beats and rhythm to hone the musicality in dance.

Melodies often strike the very first impressions in the heart of a listener. Composers write melodies to express their inner thoughts and emotions. Using fundamentals of Dalcroze Eurhythmics approach, Melofrolick allows you to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of how melodies in songs can inspire dance movements and how dance and music relate to each other. In this module, you will have opportunities to create melodies and turn their created melodies into movements in the form of a melodic dance. At the end of the module, learners will be able to put up a dance performance alongside their own created melodies using melodic instruments. 

Everyone has a natural sense of pulse deep within. Using our own bodies or daily objects as instruments to make music, Rhythmic Groove allows you to gain the innate rhythmic sense through a percussive dance with body percussion or daily objects. In this module, simple grooves and rhythmic percussion patterns are taught and you will be inspired to dance your personality into it. Concepts of both music elements and dance elements are explored throughout the module. At the end of the module, you not only gain the ability to create and perform a rhythmic percussive dance, you will also learn to appreciate how these two art forms relate to each other.

Street Dance & I is a module which harnesses the personality of each individual and portrays through a dance with character. In this module, simple grooves and movement vocabulary are taught and you will be inspired to dance your personality into it. Genres include Hip Hop, Street Jazz, K-Pop, and more.

Tambourine Dance will take you through the rich history of tambourine dance to give an understanding of the cultural context where tambourine dance was originated and the purpose it served. You will learn the basic techniques in tambourine playing and handling and be sharpened in your awareness in rhythm and as a performer. 

Dance Around The World is performing arts based module, which allows you to explore dances from different ethnic groups, appreciating their cultures through dance. From our local ethnic of Indian, Malay and Chinese dances to other cultural dances beyond our shores, Dance Around the World opens up the opportunity for you to travel to different parts of the world through a clever fusion of dance movements originating from many different ethnic groups such as Philippines, Egypt, Africa, Spain, Korea, etc. You will be taught basic ethnic moves and gestures distinctive to each ethnic group. Coupled with basic dance concepts, you will then exercise your creativity in working out a fusion dance of your own!

Enchanting Ethnic Dances of Singapore allows you to explore and appreciate the folk dances from different local ethnic groups. Focusing on our local ethnic of Indian, Malay and Chinese dances Enchanting Ethnic Dances of Singapore opens up the opportunity for learners to embrace the rich culture of the Singapore and the stories of its pioneering years through a clever fusion of local ethnic dance movements. You will be taught basic ethnic moves and gestures distinctive to each ethnic group. Coupled with basic dance concepts, you will then exercise your creativity in working out a fusion dance of your own!
